Begin Again: Awakening to the Abundance of Spring
“Tomorrow is a new day; begin well and serenely with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
A day long retreat
co-hosted by Sarah Whitridge + Margo Rosingana
Honor the cycle of renewal and ready yourself for the emergence of spring. Lift your spirit from the dormancy of winter to welcome in lightness, spaciousness and hopefulness. Move, nourish, connect and rest in a community of women dedicated to their own, as well as a collective unfolding.
This special day long retreat will combine an exteneded Qoya class followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic- inspired/whole food lunch, ending with a 2 hour Restorative Yoga practice.
Time will be provided to be in nature (weather permitting), share in community and for self-reflection.
Space is limited.

What is Qoya?
Do you know that feeling when you dance to a song with complete abandon as if the music is pulsating through you? That is Qoya.
Do you know that feeling when a piece of music expresses the full spectrum of your emotions, the highs and the lows? That is Qoya.
Do you want more of that feeling when you slow way down, stop the striving and just feel? That is Qoya.
Do you want to move with women in a safe community and see the joy of life within you and your sisterhood? Come and do Qoya.
Qoya is an intuitive movement practice for anyone who identifies as a women. It combines movement, ritual and simple yoga postures with a spiritual thread woven through the practice. Qoya is based on the idea that movement is medicine and through movement we remember who we really are. We remember that as women we are wise, wild and free. This is an invitation to move and connect with your inner wisdom, your sensuality and your wild creativity. Your body has so much to tell you.
This isn't a dance class, this is a way of fully showing up for life!"
