Join Lindsey Tucker and Margo Rosingana for a weekday mid-afternoon offering of Restorative Yoga. This class is designed for you to receive personalized support to maximize comfort; lower heart rate and blood pressure; and quiet brain function. Basic breathing techniques and simple guided meditations from elements of Yoga Nidra will be offered to allow space for connection to your innate wisdom and access your subtle body. Teachers will be moving around the room to support and position the body in the most optimal way so as to induce a state of relaxation, balance the nervous system and access your capacity to self - soothe.
