A day long retreat

What does it mean to '“cherish your body?”
What if we could attune our senses to our bodies’s impulses, longings, and desires?
What if we gave ourselves over to intuitive movement, nourishment and dynamic rest?
This special women’s retreat will combine 2 hours of Qoya followed by a nourishing Ayurveda/whole food inspired lunch, ending with a 2 hour Restorative Yoga practice.
Time will be provided to share in community and for self-reflection.

What is Qoya?

Qoya is an intuitive movement practice for anyone who identifies as a women. It combines movement, ritual and simple yoga postures with a spiritual thread woven through the practice. Qoya is based on the idea that movement is medicine and through movement we remember who we really are. We remember that as women we are wise, wild and free. This is an invitation to move and connect with your inner wisdom, your sensuality and your wild creativity. Your body has so much to tell you.
This isn't a dance class, this is a way of fully showing up for life!"
