In this workshop, we will break down asana's (aka yoga poses) and pranayama (aka yogic breathing) to form a strong foundation for your practice. You will have the opportunity to ask questions as we explore common poses and sequences that are typical in vinyasa flow classes. This workshop will establish the basic building blocks for a long and healthy yoga practice and is open to anybody who is willing to give it a try - all levels are welcome!
