A 2 Week Yoga studies course designed for those looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding into the many layers of yoga.  This immersion is designed for those who want to teach and those who are just looking to take a deeper dive into the practice of yoga without necessarily wanting to teach.  These 2 weeks also includes a retreat to Nurture Through Nature in Denmark, Maine.

Restorative Yoga + The Subtle Body

Yogic philosophy teaches us that we hold within our bodies subtle layers and channels of energy. This intricate network of koshas, nadis and chakras allows students to aim their attention in a particular way during their yoga practice. Moving one's experience from the tangible to more ethereal, requires a certain amount of stillness to provide a container for this exploration to unfold.

This half day workshop will combine both lecture on the components of the subtle body followed by a Restorative Yoga practice in order to fully embody your new found knowledge.
